Charlotte is an award winning Creative Director and Executive Producer who works with international broadcasters and world-class commercial partners, producing television programmes for the UK, US and Asia markets as well as highly acclaimed content and live experiences for partners as diverse as RADA, Google and Chinese state broadcaster CCTV. Before setting up Mustang Films in 2018, she was the Executive Producer of BBC Earth Productions, where she drove innovation and creative solutions for platforms such as TV, Digital, VR, large frame format and Live Events.
A self-confessed 'creative magpie', Charlotte has a reputation for establishing new innovative hubs, nurturing and leading a wide range of creative teams and developing environments that excite and liberate teams to produce brave, risk-taking world class content.
